AiM CAN 7-Pin to CAN/RS232 Wiring Harness for Solo DL

Moving your original AiM Solo DL from one car to another and need another harness for only power or both power and data input, this is your cable. If you are putting a Solo DL into an older vehicle and need a power supply cable, use this and use only the + and – wires and fold back the can inputs.

This harness connects your SoloDL to your ECU via CAN or RS232 wiring. One end has a 7-pin 712 (screw-in) connector to fit the SoloDL, and the other has 6 non-terminated wires (CAN+, CAN-, RS232RX, RS232TX, Power, and Ground).

Does not fit the new AiM Solo2 DL.

Note: Not compatible with the original SmartyCam (gray unit with the viewing screen on top) or the later SmartyCam HD “Rev 1”. The version 1 can be identified by a 7/8″ diameter lens with either a 67 or 87 degree field of view, and a viewfinder flush with the front of the housing. Later SmartyCam HD Rev 2 had a larger 1 3/8″ OD lens marked as 60 or 120 degree field of view and a cover over the front viewfinder held on by 8 screws.
